Synopsis:

In the 17th century, Lady Barbara Skelton is asked to be the maid of honor in her best friend's wedding, but she steals the wealthy groom for herself and joins the ranks of the landed gentry. She soon grows bored with married life and, disguised in a black mask and cape, begins robbing coaches. On the road she meets the legendary highwayman Jerry Jackson. With his dashing charm and her wanton beauty, they are destined to share much more than the tricks of the trade.
